It's a nylon-spandex jock with two leg straps and a stretchy elastic O-ring sewn into the pouch, so the dildo sits snug against you instead of flopping on a strap.

What it feels like on
Soft, light and close to the skin. The nylon-spandex wicks sweat, the labels are tagless, and there's no hardware pressing into your pubic bone. The front cover slides over a packer for a natural shape, and an interior strap wraps the lower part of an attachment so it stays put when things get rough.
The O-ring
It's stretch elastic, not metal or rubber, so it hugs the base of whatever you put in it, doubles included. SpareParts suggests their bag trick for anything 2 inches wide or more, or for grippy, skin-feel silicone, and tops out at 2.25 inches. A Vixen Mustang (1.6 inches) slides straight in. A Maverick, 2 inches at the head, goes in easier with the bag trick.
Sizing
Two sizes on SheVibe: A fits a 20 to 50 inch waistband, B fits 35 to 65. Measure where the waistband will actually sit, which is lower than your jeans. Between sizes, go by where you want the pouch to land.
Vibe pockets
Three pockets inside the pouch: one above and one below the O-ring for mini vibes, and a bigger one lower down. A bullet sits right against the base of the dildo, so the wearer feels it and the vibration carries through to your partner. A PowerBullet or ROMP Riot fits; turn it on through the fabric.
Care
Hand or machine wash; it's fine in water, so it can come into the shower. Take the dildo and any vibe out first, and let it air dry.
