Shipping
- Free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $68 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
- Economy shipping is $8.00 on orders under that, about 3 to 5 business days in transit.
- In-stock orders generally process within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays.
Returns
- All sales are final: once items leave the warehouse they can't be returned, even unopened.
- If a mechanical product turns defective in your first 90 days, SheVibe replaces it free (some makers handle it directly).
Discreet packaging and billing
- Plain brown boxes, opaque pads or standard carrier packaging, with no mention of SheVibe or the contents.
- The return address reads as the shipping manager's name, SV or SV Inc.
- Billing: the policy pages don't name the charge descriptor, so we won't guess.
