Kegel balls
Also called: ben wa balls, pleasure balls
Definition
Weighted balls worn inside the vagina that the pelvic floor muscles squeeze to hold in place.
Why it matters when you shop
They can help pelvic floor training, especially sets with graduated weights. Choose one-piece silicone with a removal loop, and ask a pelvic floor physio if you have pain or prolapse.
