Flared base
Definition
A base that is noticeably wider than the shaft of a toy, so it cannot slip all the way in.
Why it matters when you shop
Anything going in the butt needs a flared base, no exceptions. The rectum can pull objects inward, and a toy without a stop can mean a trip to the ER. It also gives you something to hold.
