Packer
Definition
A soft, realistic penis-shaped form worn in underwear to create a bulge, used by many trans men and nonbinary people.
Why it matters when you shop
Look for skin-safe silicone, a size that suits your frame, and a packing harness or packing briefs to hold it. Some packers also work as stand-to-pee devices.
Toys that show it off
Each one keeps the rank it earned on its own list.
